Bi in Pennsylvania
I am blessed to be a volunteer for Equality Pennsylvania, which is working to bring anti-discrimination protection to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in my state. We are working especially hard to amplify the voices of people whose faith drives them to know that everyone deserves to feel safe in their home, their job and in public.
This fall, Equality PA is holding trainings all across Pennsylvania for faith folk to learn more about the LGBT community and how to support this important anti-discrimination protection. I was touched when the Faith Director for Equality PA, Ammon Ripple, asked me to make a video about my experience as bisexual for these trainings.
Bisexual people suffer from assumptions about us formed without knowing us. This video gives me the opportunity to share my experience coming out and my understanding of being bi. It gives me a chance to speak to some common assumptions I’ve encountered and to let people get to know me a little, at least.
I hope you, after seeing this, will never again say, “I’ve just never met anyone who’s bisexual.” Through this video, I hope you have. Nice to meet you!

Estonian has stonger connections to the Balts, the Finns lack these connections and have some amount more of genetic drift, and it can be seen in PCAs and MDSs. There is no mystics.
